My Mission

“My goal is to provide long-lasting smiles to my patients and help relieve any dental pain they may be experiencing. I understand going to the dentist is a nerve-wracking ordeal, and I hope to provide comfort, while providing the utmost care. There is no better feeling than changing someone's life for the better through dental transformations. I hope to bring more smiles back to the community in a positive and warm environment.”

Dr. Parks is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association.

Life & Hobbies

Away from dentistry, Dr. Parks loves spending time with his beautiful wife, as well as the couple’s many pets, which includes a cat, hedgehog, red-eyed tree frog and a Rankin dragon (miniature bearded dragon). You can often find the couple soaking up the sunny Florida weather - both Dr. Parks and his wife were born and raised in Florida. Siesta Key Beach is the couple’s favorite relaxation spot (they’ve been fishing a lot as of late!).

In Dr. Parks’ free time, he enjoys tinkering with electronics. He’s proficient with a soldering iron and has created some devices using microcontrollers, LCD screens, batteries, and more. He also loves hiking and flying his drone on trips to create epic memories. So far, Dr. Parks has flown his drones on many Florida beaches and a few waterfalls in Alabama.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Rivera-Lopez loves spending quality time with her friends and family, staying involved with church activities, and going on mission trips. Her hobbies include watching movies, cooking, dancing, hiking and outdoor walking, and playing with her adorable dogs!
